RNR is an independent travel partner for teams and families attending. We are not the organiser, and not an official WRO or India STEM Foundation partner. Registration, the official accommodation package and visa invitation letters are handled by the organisers — we arrange the travel around them.

Delegate room-blocks for WRO Open Championship — India 2026 are being finalised. Register your interest and we'll share hotels and rates as inventory opens.
Read this before you book anything. The organisers' registration fee already includes 3 nights' hotel accommodation in shared rooms, 3 lunches and 2 dinners, the Friendship Night, and airport–hotel–venue transfers. They also issue visa invitation letters and coordinate with Indian missions. We don't resell any of that. What we quote is what sits outside it: international flights, extra nights either side of the official 3, private or upgraded rooms, travel for accompanying parents and family, and tours around Hyderabad. Registration itself runs 15 July – 15 August 2026 and goes through your WRO National Organiser — teams must clear their National Round first, and we cannot register you.
Already in Malaysia for the event? Extend the journey with a guided day out or a short getaway, fully arranged by our team.
Tell us your dates, the hotel and room category, any transfers, and any optional tours you'd like. We'll confirm availability and hold your booking — no payment online.

WRO Open Championship — India 2026 — booking — the more you share, the sharper our quote.
The longer form, for a named traveller: flights and times, nationality and passport, room nights, transfers and tours. It's what our operations team works from — so use this once your attendance is confirmed, rather than the enquiry above.
Takes about 3 minutes.
An autonomous robot solves timed missions on a standard field. Judged on performance, accuracy and rule compliance. Runs in Elementary (8–12), Junior (11–15) and Senior (14–19).
Two autonomous robots per team play a tennis-inspired match against another team, tracking the ball and coordinating in real time.
Teams research a real-world problem tied to the season theme, prototype a robotic solution and present it at a project booth. Judged on innovation, the robot itself, and presentation.
A self-driving vehicle navigates a changing track — open and obstacle challenges, with randomised elements. Engineering documentation and source code must be published publicly.
Registration is handled exclusively by your WRO National Organizer, and teams must clear their National Round first — there is no other route in, and RNR cannot register you. Fees vary by country and are non-refundable once confirmed. Passports must be valid for at least six months from arrival, and delegates need return tickets.
We don't resell any of this — we quote what sits outside it.
