The World Robot Olympiad Open Championship for Asia & Pacific, hosted by the India STEM Foundation at GMR Arena, Aerocity, Hyderabad — 180+ teams from 35+ nations competing across 4 categories for 20+ awards, under the 2026 season theme “Robots Meet Culture”. Three days: build and practice on 25 September, competition and Friendship Night on the 26th, final rounds and awards on the 27th. The venue sits inside GMR Aerocity, directly adjacent to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport. Categories run RoboMission (ages 8–19), RoboSports Double Tennis (11–19), Future Innovators and Future Engineers (14–22).

The World Robot Olympiad International Final comes to San Juan, Puerto Rico, 8–10 December 2026. National champion teams from around 100 countries compete under the season theme “Robots Meet Culture” — exploring how robots can help shape, protect and grow art and culture. San Juan pairs a modern convention-centre district with historic Old San Juan. RNR arranges the long-haul travel, visas and on-ground support that getting a school team from Asia to the Caribbean actually takes.

IPTC — the International Petroleum Technology Conference — is the upstream energy industry's flagship multidisciplinary event, jointly organised by four professional societies: AAPG, EAGE, SEG and SPE. It runs in Bangkok on 24–26 March 2027 under the theme “Balancing the Energy Future: Secure. Smarter. Together.”, bringing together geoscientists, engineers, operators and policymakers from across the Eastern Hemisphere. The 2025 edition drew 5,000+ attendees from 1,000+ organisations across 60+ countries. Rock N Roll Event & Travel is the appointed travel, hotel and transport partner for delegates attending — we are not the event organiser.

RNR supported delegates attending OTC Asia 2026 with pre-negotiated hotel room-blocks, airport and city transport, and curated tour packages. The 21st edition of Oil & Gas Asia, held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre under the theme “Powering Progress, Shaping Tomorrow” — 2,000+ exhibiting companies and 36,000+ industry professionals, alongside MOGSEC and the Petrochemicals Sustainability Conference. RNR handled delegate accommodation and ground movements through the week.

The International Petroleum Technology Conference in Kuala Lumpur, 18–20 February 2025 — “Energy for All: Reflect · Innovate · Evolve”. Around 10,000 oil, gas and energy professionals from more than 60 countries attended, with 350+ technical papers. IPTC is uniquely organised by four professional bodies — AAPG, EAGE, SEG and SPE. RNR supported delegate travel across the conference.
